Teen Program~~Teen Mindfulness In-Person

Take time to manage the health of your mind. Relax and  focus. We'll practice a mindful breathing exercise along with creating a mindful art drawing. Exercises and techniques that can be helpful anytime. Supplies are provided. Registration is required. Reminder, teen programs are for students grades 6-12.
